Quirkade Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Buzzz Creations LLC handles information when you use Quirkade on iOS or Android.

Information you provide

Quirkade does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or payment information. Game scores, preferences, and progress are stored locally on your device.

Advertising and analytics data

Quirkade uses Google AdMob to offer optional rewarded video ads. Google and its partners may process device or advertising identifiers, IP-address-derived approximate location, ad views and interactions, app interactions, and diagnostic, crash, or performance information. This information may be used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance.

Information sent to Google is encrypted in transit. Depending on your region and device settings, Google may use information for personalized advertising or tracking. Quirkade requests consent where required. You can change advertising privacy choices in your device settings and, where available, through the consent controls shown in the app.

Rewarded ads

Ads do not interrupt active gameplay. A rewarded ad plays only after you choose an offered benefit, such as continuing a finished game or receiving an extra life. Declining an ad does not block normal game access.

Local and Wi-Fi play

Local multiplayer can communicate with devices on the same Wi-Fi network. This communication is used to establish and run the game session. Quirkade does not use this feature to create an account or maintain a company-operated player database.

Data retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Buzzz Creations LLC does not maintain user accounts or a company-managed database of player profiles. Ad data retained by Google is governed by Google's policies. You may reset or delete your device advertising identifier and adjust privacy permissions through iOS or Android settings.

Children

Quirkade is designed for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Third-party services

Advertising is provided through Google AdMob. Review Google's Privacy Policy for details about Google's data practices.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
